This larger of the two cottages offers a large lounge/diner with a lounge suite, electric fire in a surround - and a double bed settee (for occasional use). There is a remote control TV with freeview, DVD & Video together with a mini hi-fi system, in the dining area is an oak finish dining table and chairs, with occasional tables, lamps and dresser.

The good sized kitchen is equipped with fridge, (with small freezer compartment), cooker and microwave and a washing machine, with plenty of cupboard space and utensils.

Next to the kitchen downstairs is the bathroom that has a non-slip 'wet floor' and includes a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Upstairs the large main bedroom has a double and single bed with continental quilts and bedding. There is also a single bed settee. This bedroom also contains bedside cabinets with reading lights, a chest of drawers, a double wardrobe - all in pine, a three seater settee and a large mirror.

There is another bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, reading lights, chest of drawers and double wardrobe - in pine.

The 3rd bedroom is small with a single bed, bedside cabinet, reading lamp, chest of drawers and double wardrobe, again in pine.

This cottage is well insulated, is very cosy and has full central heating.

Wheel Chair Access is available throughout the ground floor. 

All bed linen is provided - towels are available upon request.

Cot and highchair are available free of charge - cot linen is not provided.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Electricity is included in the price of the cottage rental.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                               There is enclosed garden to the front with furniture & a barbeque and there is ample parking directly outside the cottage. Well behaved pets are welcome.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Guests are requested not to smoke in the cottage.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Change-over:- Saturday from 3pm and we do ask that you vacate your cottage by 10:00am on the morning of departure.
